Administrator

Location – Outskirts of Southampton – Salary – £23k – £25k

We are recruiting for a temporary to permanent Administrator for one of clients on the outskirts of Southampton. The purpose of the role is be to provide administrative support to help throughout the busy times.

Duties will be providing administrative support to a busy technical department – checking and corresponding to emails in a timely manner, answering incoming calls and relaying messages and actioning anything that needs doing, updating, and maintaining of excel spreadsheets, composing of letters and supporting with other various administrative tasks as and when needed.

Ideal candidate:
Must have at least two years administrative experience
Capable of working within a busy and fast paced environment
Confident in Excel and Word
Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
Good time management and highly organised allowing you to work to tight deadlines

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
