We are excited to be helping our client, based in Poole, in their search for a Supporter Experience Officer. You will be providing excellent first class Customer Service! We are recruiting for 1 x Full time position and 1 x part time position (pro rata’d)
Key Responsibilities |
Receive and make calls using excellent customer service to build relationships with Supporters, the General Public, Event Participants, Customers, the General Public and Fundraising Individuals |
Carry out all administrative tasks in relation to enquiries, intenders, donors, and enquirers. Handle all types of donation and process the payments via the telephone payment system Make outbound calls to supporters related to upgrade, information provision, general admin and fundraising asks Support fundraising in aid of individuals with basic enquiries, the provision of support materials and signposting Carry out enquiry and feedback resolution across social media channels Maintain working knowledge of process and systems in the Volunteer Experience Team related to responding to basic volunteer enquiries to include, stock take returns, provision of fundraising support materials, booking equipment and arranging dispatch and return and the creation of fundraising support materials on our systems in order to assist with Volunteer Experience delivery at peak times Assist with event administration fulfilment to include managing guest lists and invitation processes, mailing packs to event attendees and participants, liaising with VIP guests, and the production of invitations and name badges |
Handle admin queries and provide support to volunteers including resolving complaints Share best practice with colleagues Develop positive and open relationships with other teams Qualifications required Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent – English essential, NVQ Level2 Customer Service or equivalent Experience required Proven Customer Service Skills Experience of working in a fundraising environment would be beneficial, as would working knowledge of databases and ERP systems. – You must be prepared to, on occasion, work outside the normal 8-6 office hours |
