Customer Service Representative – 12 Months FTC Maternity Cover
Location – Eastleigh – Salary £20k – £23k

They are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their customer service team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with their clients by providing outstanding support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all customers. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex inquiries and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexibility required to cover both shifts)
