HR Administrator – £20k-£25k (doe)

We are looking for a confident, and personable HR Administrator with excellent administrative skills who will assist in supporting the smooth-running of HR activity within a busy HR team. Supporting the HR Manager on a range of duties by giving an efficient HR service through accurate administration of all processes and procedures relating to the recruitment, employment, payment and training of staff. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in providing an efficient HR Administration service.
  • Complete recruitment administration for all staff, including placing adverts, candidate responses, shortlisting, arranging interviews, undertaking all pre-employment checks, medical and right to work checks and providing an excellent service to both recruiting managers and applicants.
  • Update the HR system records to ensure all staff information is accurate. Inputting starters and leavers.
  • Be the first point of contact for all staff on general HR related queries,
  • Ensure monthly payroll data for Finance.
  • Schedule training events.
  • Ensure all Processes and Procedure manuals are accurate.
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
