HR Advisor (Maternity Cover)

Location – Winchester Salary £29,193 – £33,413

We are seeking a committed and flexible HR Advisor to play a key role supporting our client with a full range of HR generalist activities for a 12-month fixed term maternity contract.

The HR Advisor contributes to all HR activities, including employee relations, HR projects and absence management as well as general HR administration.  You will also support the HR Administrator with various recruitment activities.

The successful candidate will keep up to date with HR matters and have a good understanding of employment law.  You will also be able to form strong working relationships with colleagues internally and externally.

Our preference is that the HR Advisor (maternity cover) role is worked full time, the usual hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00. We may consider a candidate looking to work 0.8 of full time, either with a day off each week or with shorter working days.

We may also consider a candidate who would prefer reduced working hours during the school holiday periods.  Please note that this role is based primarily on-site, with some flexibility to work from home one day a week.
