New Business Development – £22,000 plus bonus

Our client offers complete tailored leasing, finance and management solutions to businesses and individuals alike. Covering everything to get you on the road, from personal car finance to minibuses for schools and councils to finance, and equipment solutions for SME’s and Franchises. They are now looking for a New Business Development to join their friendly team of people.

Your key activities:

· Deliver excellent customer service to inbound enquires generated by our marketing and PR activities

. To develop own channels for new business

· Maintain accurate records using CRM to ensure the business operates in line with our brand values

· Business acumen with the ability to make accurate forecasts of sales / revenues

· Be an integral member of the team and be accountable for ensuring a culture of continual operational improvement

· Develop and maintain a balanced portfolio of active prospects and profitable customers ensuring “added value” approach is always adopted

· Ensure sales activity including scheduled meetings, prospect/customer development and pipeline opportunities are regularly kept up to date on CRM system

· Develop strong relationships with supply chain to maximise new business opportunities and lead generation

· Work closely with our internal teams and external suppliers alongside our customers to ensure that the most accurate and best advice when designing a solution to meet our customer’s requirement

· Ensure quotations are accurate using various funder quotation platforms

· You will hold regular customers account reviews ensuring service levels are in line / above expectations, with growth and opportunity considered and presented

· All replacement/extension opportunities are to be maximized

Your Experience:

· Sales experience in a similar or related industry and technical understanding of cars and commercial vehicles.

· Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles, and secure deals

· Demonstrate an understanding and can demonstrate consultative and added value sale approach

· Established and successful Business Development discipline

· Strong verbal and written communication plus negotiation skills appropriate for both internal and external contacts

· Strong organisation

· Commercial awareness including the ability to analyse and understand the competitive environment

· Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills

· Experience in leasing, rental or financial services is strongly desirable

Salary is £22k plus bonus which is between 5% up to 15%v DOE billings
