An exciting opportunity has become available for a Paralegal Assistant to join one of our clients in Southampton. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, 12 months admin experience and the ability to effectively and independently manage a varied workload and happy to work to tight deadlines.

Duties;
To provide an efficient and effective administrative service
Actioning and corresponding to emails
Upload and download documentation onto internal systems
Producing high quality written communication, including internal & external correspondence
Scan, copy and file confidential documentation
Liaising with internal and external contacts
Ad hoc project support
Preparing letters & documents using word
Candidate Requirements;
Ability to work in a methodical manner and adopt a logical approach to each tasks
Experience of working to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will need to have at least 12 months admin experience to apply for this role
Ability to develop & maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
Happy to work within a team but also be confident to work alone
Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a one hour lunchbreak
