Location – Southampton – Salary £23k
We are recruiting for a Property Administrator/Customer Services Agent to join one of our clients within their busy Southampton office. This will suit someone from a property administration background or looking to get into the world of property. The purpose of this role will be providing support to the team with administrative duties along with attending property viewings. Hours of work – Monday – Friday 9am 5pm – from April to end of October, and then 9am 6pm from November to end of March, plus some Saturdays will be required so flexibility is key.
Will consist of booking appointments & attending viewings.
Arranging and attending property inspections
Administrative tasks and supporting with compliance paperwork.
Updating and maintaining the CRM system
Answering incoming calls, taking, and filtering messages
Corresponding to emails in a timely manner
You will need to have:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels by telephone and face to face
Attention to detail is key
Strong administration background
A good team player with the ability to work alone when required
Flexibility is key for this role
Own transport is essential
