Orchard Recruiting are proud to announce a great new opportunity for a full-time Team Administrator role working with our client in the Southampton area, joining a fast-paced office, working as part of the admin team. The role entails a wide range of administrative duties, so we will require someone who has experience with or is comfortable using a range of systems and software. Due to the location, own transport will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Help ensure files are compliant and complete.
- Maintain and update back-office systems…
- Support the Senior Administrative Officers and management team
- Develop and establish administration systems within the department
- Liaise with internal and external departments
- Deal with email enquiries
- Type up letters
- Uploading documents to inhouse system
- General administration duties
About you:
- Excellent customer service (face to face and telephone)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- 1 years admin experience preferred
- Confident with a ‘Can do’ attitude
