Team Administrator – £22-£23k

Orchard Recruiting are proud to announce a great new opportunity for a full-time Team Administrator role working with our client in the Southampton area, joining a fast-paced office, working as part of the admin team. The role entails a wide range of administrative duties, so we will require someone who has experience with or is comfortable using a range of systems and software. Due to the location, own transport will be required.


  • Help ensure files are compliant and complete.
  • Maintain and update back-office systems…
  • Support the Senior Administrative Officers and management team
  • Develop and establish administration systems within the department 
  • Liaise with internal and external departments
  • Deal with email enquiries
  • Type up letters
  • Uploading documents to inhouse system
  • General administration duties

About you:

  • Excellent customer service (face to face and telephone)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 1 years admin experience preferred
  • Confident with a ‘Can do’ attitude
