Orchard Recruiting are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Service/Administrator to join one of our clients based in Southampton.
The role is to provide general day to day administrative support for the team. This will include assisting with administration of the helpdesk, responding to emails, data entry, taking calls and liaising with other member of staff regarding works.
We are looking for people who are customer focused with flexibility and a ‘can do’ approach and possess good communication and organisational skills. In addition, you will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work on your own initiative to ensure deadlines are met and a high level of customer service is met.
This role will suit someone with experience of working in a administration role providing excellent customer service. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages would be beneficial.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm but you will need to have some flexibility around these times due to potential change in shift pattern.
