We are currently recruiting for a number of Temporary Customer Service Administrators for one of our clients in Southampton to start early October. The purpose of these roles will be to support their existing Customer Services Team throughout their most busy time of the year. Working hours – you will need to be available and flexible to work various shift patterns.
Answering incoming calls from customers
Taking and processing of orders
Resolving any queries
Corresponding to customer via email and webchat
Updating and maintaining our clients CRM system
You will need to have:
Previous administration and/or customer service experience within an office environment
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong PC skills and experience in using Microsoft Office
Professional telephone manner
Team player but capable of working alone
GCSE level or equivalent in both English and Maths
Our client is easy to reach by public transport and they are also able to offer onsite parking for those that drive.
